RETURN POLICY:

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase exchanges will be accepted within 2 weeks of purchase date. Any merchandise containing a manufacture defect will be exchanged at any time. A deposit is required for special orders made in 18K or Platinum. Please contact our customer service department to request a return conformation.

PAYMENT:

All major credit cards are accepted. For first time orders COD only with secure payment. First time buyers must present 2 valid forms of governmental ID’s, social security and tax ID. All jewelry invoices must be payable from 30 days of shipping. An additional $25 will be charged for returned checks. ALL past due payments will reported to JBT and the Credit Bureau.

FREE ground shipping within the U.S. Merchandise will be shipped out 1-2 days after payment has been received.
